Name That Game

Well, apparently no one could even dare to guess what the last game was. It was Chubby Cherub. I gave you guys the answer in the comments section. So, we will try another game. This one, too, is one I had never seen nor played before - like Chubby Cherub. But, I think the games visuals give more clues as to what it might be called. This game is fun, too. A bit hard as well. It is a top down shooter where you play a prehistoric boy that has the ability to fire balls of fire from his hands(maybe?). And you basically blow dinosaurs up as you scroll forward. It's a straight forward game with not so bad graphics that I find amusing to play. So, what is it called?
