Possibly greatest newspaper quote ever.

Silylily found this hilarious item in the Philadelphia Citypaper. They did a story on a street around here called Lancaster Avenue. Apparently some parts are a bit seedy. Richard, seen left, gives an absolutely classic quote. The picture is great too!
