Pants down=fun!

The kid pictured here ran by me with his pants down while I was on my way to catch the bus. He ran and stopped in front of me, and hit his crotch area with a piece of rolled up paper several times, as though he were telling me something. I walked on by thinking "WTF?" Then, I began to laugh, and thought it might be cool to get a pic of this kid running around on the sidewalk with his pants down. But, as soon as I pulled out my camera, he pulled up his pants and began to play like a normal retardo monkey. Anyway, just though I should share.
