A strike has yet to come

Looks like the Union pussied out. There was no strike today, even with the stand off - no deal was reached, and now the MTA has made it's final deal. They realized the union wasn't serious at all about going through with the threatened strike, and so have built a brick wall for the union to climb.

The union did say earlier today that they might proceed with a partial strike which would only immobilize a few bus lines. But, I don't think it ever happened or will. And I have also heard that there may be a strike on monday or tues. Whatever. I don't believe it.

In my opinion, the union has lost it's hand and has screwed it's members by not striking. Oh well.
