Mondo Condo #3

This is at the corner of 2nd St. and 5th Ave. N in St. Pete. Doesn't the sign look great! In the background left you can see a future Mondo Condo just waiting to happen.

Distance: One block down, one block over, this is about a 90 second walk from my apartment.
