Hacking Netflix is a great blog and I'm sure all you Netflix freaks out there will love it. They post pretty much any news there is to know about Netflix, but even better, there is a lot of information on the Netflix process such as how they organize their distribution centers and general information on how the whole process works behind the scenes.

Additionally, there's a lot of information about Netflix competitors such as Blockbuster and Greencine, as well as some interesting information/news related to the entire DVD industry. There's also some great links to other Netflix related sites like Listology which has tools to let you automatically track the turnaround time between sending back a viewed DVD and receiving a new one.
