My late Thanksgiving




This is the Cheese cake I made. The recipe originally called for raspberry preserves, but I used boysenberry instead. That's the dark swirly stuff. It turned out to be very dee-ricious.




And here's the food: roasted Cornish hens, stuffing, cranberry sauce, Liver, asparagus, and roasted potatoes.

This all happened one day late - the 25th. Why? Well, we just didn't have it in us to do it on time. But, late is better than never. And I feel much happier to have finally had my thanksgiving dinner.
