During the question and answer period today, after his wonderful speech that had nothing to do with the Palestinian Elections(which is why it was called for in the first place), where Hamas won a big majority, the president put forth the idea that he may "resist" possible congressional action regarding the domestic spying program:

"We'll listen to ideas. If the attempt to write law is likely to expose the nature of the program, I'll resist it," -GWB
