Mondo Condo #4

My fourth entry in the Mondo Condo series is almost complete. As you can see, the structure is up but it still needs a paint job. As you can't see, it also needs to be fixed at ground level as it's still just a pile of dirt and rubble at the base. This building sits diagonally across the street from Mondo Condo #3. Sorry guys, this one is sold out.

Distance: Say 80 seconds, since it takes about 10 seconds to cross the street to Condo #3 (90 seconds).
