The Archives

This is something I have wanted to fix for some time, now. The Archives have become soooo long that they kind of get in the way. So, I used the drop down menu code listed in the Blogger help menu to clean it up a little. Functional changes are the best. Anyway, that's my first exercising of my rights as a member of the BOG.
