Coming soon to Beach Drive … a new condo. This one rather small; only 8 units. It's going to be a pretty exclusive address. Right across from the Vinoy and the waterfront, this has gotta be expensive! Nice artist rendering, though. It looks like a Grand Theft Auto conceptual drawing.
