Yo MCG, I got your back.

a couple of weeks ago, MCG posted a tirade against a company called Iced Out Gear because the Pimp Cup he ordered from them looked "like it was made by a retarded 3rd grader at craft time." He posted their e-mail address and asked his readers to send them some "trash talk". Well, I had a healthy exchange of trash talk with them....

What is the difference if I use phone or e-mail? Do you know
how many companies are able to resolve issues via e-mail? It's
probably cheaper for you too. Unless you pay a flat rate for your toll-free
line, I'm sure you'd be better off not having me call and run up your
bill. Why even have an e-mail address then if you can't
resolve issues with it?

Wasting your time? You are the ones wasting my time. I contacted you
regarding a legitimate complaint and you chose to discuss methods of
communication rather than dealing with the issue at hand. Don't just
tell me to go away just because you have no response to why you can't
deal with issues via e-mail.

Please, I implore you, stop wasting MY time and lets get down to
business and deal with the real issues. It is a simple matter that I
am sure you can deal with over e-mail.

After this, I received another blank e-mail. So, I decided to respond with a blank e-mail of my own (they will feel my wrath!). Then they came back with another blank e-mail at which point I sent them 25 blank e-mails in a row. Then...I received this from "Tina"...

I then responded with this...
Don't try to blame me for your company's poor customer service. If you
look back at the e-mails I exchanced last week with your 'service'
e-mail address, you will see that I was never asked for any additional
information. I was only told to call in. When I said repeatedly that
was not possible and that I'd like to resolve the issue via e-mail, I
ended up being spammed by your company. Repeatedly I was sent blank
e-mails. This is a complete waste of my time. I still don't understand
what the problem is with resolving this via e-mail. Why couldn't that
be done? Instead you guys chose to repeatedly e-mail me back and
discuss a method of communication rather than the issue at hand which
is why you gave MCG such a hard time. He placed an order with you a
few weeks ago and received a cup that was constructed by a 5 year old.
What kind of business are you guys running anyway? Seems like it's
all a scam. MCG is not happy about this.
Then, the almighty himself spoke...
