Going back instead of forward

In a move to possibly begin a push to getting America's schools to teach a half-baked Christian based approach to evolution, Bush said Monday he thinks Intelligent design should be part of the curriculum of our nation's schools.

"I think that part of education is to expose people to different schools of thought," Bush said. "You're asking me whether or not people ought to be exposed to different ideas, the answer is yes."

Never mind that something like this would seemingly violate separation of church and state, but the fact that he dares call something like this "science" is very troublesome. Whatever. Our country is headed for the crapper and there's nothing you or I can do about it. But, that won't stop me from complaining and calling Bush an idiot.
