Doctors Confirm Overuse of Tanning Beds Hazardous

A confrontation between state-employed and independent miners over access to a large tin vain in Bolivia's Oruro region has left at least four dead and more than two dozen injured. Independent cooperative miners on Thursday morning took control of the state owned Huanuni mine to demando more access to its tin deposits, among the largest in the world.
