Gas to hit over $4 a gallon?

When I heard that gas prices are going through the roof over here(partly due to the disruption of the pipeline), I thought that I should post this and ask what are the prices near you? Here in NY/NJ area prices have been going up by the hour in some instances. And I have heard that gas has in many places hit around $3.50 a gallon and up. I also think I heard a trucker on my favorite radio talk show say that diesel was priced at $5 a gallon somewhere up here in the NY area. I don't know whether that is true, but it's not unbelievable. How are things elsewhere?
